SERVICE PROVIDERS & INVOICING

Services and the Site are provided by:

Jodi Lee Basch, operating independently
The Passion Project, a collaborative initiative between Tehilla Aloni and Jodi Lee Basch

Invoices may be issued by Bio-Orgonomy for Business or by Jodi Lee Basch, depending on the specific service, event, or program. Invoicing details will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or be a minor participating with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

All payments must be made by the cardholder or account holder.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use & Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

RULES OF SERVICE

Payments

All Services must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Recording & Retention of Meetings (“Meetings”)

You agree not to record, copy, scan, transcribe, or reproduce any Meetings (including phone, Zoom, chat, or direct message communications) without prior written consent.

The Company may record chat and direct message communications. Access to such recordings may be removed or deleted at the Company’s discretion.

Private Sessions
Private sessions (individual, family, business, teen) are not recorded by default. Recordings occur only with explicit agreement and become part of the client record.

Public & Group Events
Workshops, group sessions, and online events may be recorded. By registering or participating, you consent to recording unless otherwise stated.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time for any reason.

DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All Services and information are provided “as is” and “as available.”
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or interpretations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Company nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or Services.

CANCELLATION & NO-REFUND POLICY

All bookings and payments are final.
No refunds, credits, or transfers are provided under any circumstances.

Rescheduling requests may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Site content is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration through the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration, seated in Tel Aviv, Israel, conducted in English.
